Purchasing

Making a purchase is easy with FTF. Simply use the left hand menu to navigate your way around our wide range of products, select a product and click ‘add to basket’. Once you have completed shopping and are satisfied that you have all the items you require in your shopping basket, click ‘go to checkout’ and you will be guided through the payment process. Once you have been guided through completing registration and have agreed a shipping method, you will be directed to the Paypal website to secure payment. Although we process our orders through PayPal you do not require a PayPal account to complete your order, we accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal's highly secure online ordering process. Please note we are only able to accept retail orders via our website. Satisfaction

At FTF we aim to provide you with 100% satisfaction with our products. Customer service is an important factor to us and we will do everything in our power to ensure you are one of our many happy customers. You are given the opportunity to provide feedback on the website about products and services; however we regularly check all feedback that is posted on our site and remove any offensive, libel or inappropriate content. We also request that if you are dissatisfied with any aspects of our products then please do not hesitate to contact us directly to resolve the issue.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Delta) as well as PayPal. We do not accept orders by cheque or cash. Payment for wholesale orders can be discussed via telephone or e-mail.

We use PayPal to process all of our orders. PayPal have industry-leading fraud protection systems in place which provide an extremely secure method of payment with FTF.

Tax

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. The price on screen is the price you pay, plus any postage costs which we try to keep to a minimum.

Returns Policy and Order Cancellation

We aim to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your order in all aspects of its processing. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order and wish to return it to us, please do so within 7 days of receipt. You must return the product in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt/order. You will be required to email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and receive a returns number for your order. All details about your dissatisfaction with the product will be discussed either over telephone or email. Products returned by post must be sent via signed delivery with a return address. We cannot accept responsibility for products returned to us that are lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You have a right to cancel your order within 5 working days of placing it with FTF.

Items Out of Stock

If for any reason an order is placed for out of stock items (this may happen from time to time with flavours of high demand) a member of the team will be in contact with you to either offer an alternative or a refund.

Health and Safety

Some products may not be suitable for consumption of children under the age of 3 years. Parental guidance is required in these instances. FTF have no responsibility for the consumption of products to minors.

We recognise that certain people are allergic to food items containing nuts or certain flavourings or colourants. We stock many items from a wide range of suppliers. We try to be as accurate as possible when listing ingredients. However, if by chance we are unable to disclose and identify ingredients FTF hold no responsibility for this. All our products meet EEC requirements for the relevant category of goods. If you require further information about ingredients in any of our products please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost to assist.
