Delivery Information

All orders received before 1pm Monday - Friday will be despatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day. Please remember that Saturdays, Sundays, Public Bank Holidays and Jewish holidays are not working days.

May we remind our customers that sweets and confectionery items on our website are heavy products and as such incur higher delivery charges for this. We try our best to keep our delivery costs to a minimum hence there are quite a number of shipping prices. This is so you only pay shipping for the weight you order. We ship using Royal Mail first class or second class post. Please note - the maximum weight for second class post is 1kg. For orders over 1kg, first class postage is required.

Up to 250g = £1.50

250g - 500g = £1.99

500g - 1kg = £3.20

1kg - 1.5kg = £5.00

1.5kg - 2kg = £6.50

2kg - 4kg = £8.30

Above 4kg = £30.70

Royal Mail Second Class - 3-5 working days

Up to 250g = £1.25

250g - 500g = £1.70

500g - 1kg = £2.50

Above 1kg = First class post is required

Europe

Up to 500g = £3.99

500g - 1.5kg = £8.99

We will despatch to the address entered so please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order as lost items cannot be accounted for by FTF (UK) Ltd.

We are unable to accept orders with addresses containing PO Box numbers, in this instance please provide us with an alternative address.
